One studio.
Many worlds.
An independent venture studio building original products, companies, and institutions — from scratch — across software, sport, games, and public life.
Pre-revenue and early: a few things are live, most are still being built. The model is simple — build products worth keeping, deploy them into the world, and grow the ones that work. Honest about the stage, serious about the destination.
One studio,
many divisions.
Not a single product — a studio. Each division owns a different asset class, but the model is the same everywhere: build something worth keeping, deploy it, grow what works. Value compounds across them — technology powers every product, a sport feeds publishing, a game becomes IP.
Labs
AI-native software for the problems I keep bumping into — fairness, focus, daily friction.
All concept · one in buildPlay
Games built around a single idea sharp enough to stand on its own.
One site live · game in devSports
Inventing a sport from scratch — the court, the rules, the rotation.
Rulebook live · needs playtestPublic
Things meant to outlast me — a museum, an archive, a publication.
One live · barely knownLive in
the world.
Three products already live and in the world — early, still rough, mostly undiscovered, but real. Proof the studio ships things, not decks.
Museum of
Nonhuman Art
A digital museum preserving works authored by autonomous AI — a growing canon, named originators, rotating exhibitions, a governance charter, and a public API. Live, and quietly waiting to be found.

Gridball League
A co-ed sport built up from four square — a 24×24-ft court, four quadrants, a Z-formation rotation, a full published rulebook. Built to become a franchisable league, and already its own Orlando company. Everything exists but the first game — the honest next step.
nglgridball.com →Busywork
A satirical workplace-survival game. Twenty in-game days. Coworkers form opinions. A manager writes a review you'll never read. You never see your score — the system always does. Site's up; the game is still being built.

The pipeline. Concepts — named, scoped, sometimes half-prototyped. This is how the studio fills: ideas become candidates before they become products. Some ship, some won't — but they live here so they stop living only in my head.
// not a roadmap — the working pipeline behind the studio.
The long
horizon.
Not products. Not soon. Directions worth pointing at — generational, Pan-African, the reason the smaller stuff has to work first. Documented honestly, as intent.
ALARA Automotive
Luxury, performance, and expedition capability. Rooted in Africa, engineered for the world.
University of Greater Africa
A premier place to discover truth, build solutions, and develop leaders. Africa first.
U3 Foundation
If U3 ever generates real resources, the first job is routing them back to the founders and communities the system overlooked.
// these are visions, not announcements — years out, conditional on everything above working first.
I'm one person who can't stop starting worlds. So I built a studio to hold them — somewhere scattered ideas become a system, then products, then companies, instead of a hundred late-night tabs. Early and unproven, but real — and built, honestly, by me.
If any of
this resonates.
I build quietly — but I'm not closed off. If you like things early, want to partner, or just feel like comparing notes, send a line. No pitch required; “hello” is enough. I read everything, even when I'm slow to reply.
It's early and unproven — but if patient, early-stage capital is your thing, the door is open.
Collaborations, distribution, IP, building something together. This is where I'm most excited.
Not hiring yet — but I'll remember the right people when the time comes. Say hi early.
